That is why I chose to take a leap of faith to launch my own firm, Boyd-Chambers Communications, where I can leverage my expertise in meeting the needs of companies who want to accelerate their growth.

I provide value by drawing upon my deep knowledge of marketing and public relations best practices, along with my ability to identify critical market growth opportunities, provide insight, guidance, strategy, and solutions to a range of companies.

Angie, founder and owner of Boyd-Chambers Communications, has a passion for her work and building relationships. She most recently served as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for Saint Thomas Health-Ascension, where she spent the past 12 years.
In 2006, Angie joined Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital as the Public Relations Director, where she managed marketing and communications for the 286-bed hospital. She led PR and marketing efforts for a $267 million project for Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital’s replacement facility. Starting in 2011, she took on Saint Thomas Health system-level responsibilities in Community and Physician Services, then Marketing & Communications. Before joining Saint Thomas Health, Angie lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she worked for JHA Marketing as a product specialist and facilitator for BMW and its Mini Cooper division.
In 2014, Angie received the honor of being added to the Mass Communications Wall of Fame at Middle Tennessee State University. She was selected as a 2015 honoree by ATHENA International and was a recipient of the Rising Star award by Rutherford Cable, a professional women’s leadership organization. She served as co-chair for the 2014 Rutherford County Heart Ball, benefiting the American Heart Association of Greater Nashville, and has served on the Board of Directors for ATHENA International.
Angie is currently serving on the Executive Leadership Committee for the Go Red for Women movement with the American Heart Association. She holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University, a master’s degree in Public Relations from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida, and a 21st Century Advanced Leadership Certificate from Lipscomb University in Nashville.
